About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial services organization in Herne, Germany, seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support recruiting and employer branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a technical industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements across various platforms
• Organize and participate in candidate interviews
• Plan and execute recruiting campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate and support participation in career fairs and recruiting events
• Analyze recruitment channels and develop new approaches for candidate outreach

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
• Strong interest in recruiting and employer branding
• Ideally, initial experience with MS Office applications
• German language proficiency required for this role
