Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Bielefeld seeking a Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in (m/w/d) to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will systematize process workflows, manage projects independently, and implement new processes across the organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining SaaS applications used throughout the company
• Installing, configuring, and setting up standard software solutions
• Documenting and designing digital business processes
• Planning and implementing new software and IT solutions
• Connecting standard solutions via APIs and interfaces
• Developing and deploying automations for routine tasks
• Providing user training and ongoing support
• Performing error analysis and troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Information Systems)
• Ability to follow and optimize existing processes
• Quick comprehension and high level of discipline
• Strong performance under pressure
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Clean, error-free written communication in German
