Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Hamburg-based organization seeking a working student to support recruiting and employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial application review through interview coordination to onboarding, actively shaping the candidate experience throughout
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by drafting job advertisements, maintaining presence on employer review platforms, and designing onboarding experiences that create strong first impressions
• Help organize team events ranging from regular team lunches to larger company celebrations
• Collaborate closely with the HR team as a full team member from day one
• Take ownership of independent projects with genuine responsibility rather than supporting tasks

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who bring:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
• Initial exposure to recruiting or employer branding through internships, previous working student positions, or university projects
• Strong language skills and communication abilities with an understanding of how to reach different target audiences
• Structured and reliable work approach, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for event planning
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with diverse groups of people
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR software tools (such as applicant tracking systems) is a plus
