Grafikdesigner:in Digital & Print in Teilzeit 50-75% (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a boutique creative studio based in Lindau, is seeking a talented graphic designer to join their team on a part-time basis (50–75%). In this role, you will develop strong visual solutions for premium clients in hospitality and lifestyle sectors, managing design projects independently from concept through final delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing and designing brand identities and communication materials across digital and print channels
• Managing design projects from initial briefing through concept development, design execution, and final implementation
• Serving as a direct point of contact for client communications
• Creating presentations, editorial designs, social media assets, and print materials following established brand guidelines
• Coordinating feedback and revision cycles while maintaining project timelines and requirements independently
• Contributing creative ideas and design direction to ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Completed apprenticeship as Mediengestalter:in Digital & Print or comparable qualification
• Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in a design or agency environment
• Strong expertise in typography, layout systems, and high-end brand aesthetics
• Proven ability to independently own and structure projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with direct client interaction
• Conceptual thinking—you understand brands, question briefs, and develop original ideas
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Meticulous attention to detail and high quality standards

Technical Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is advantageous
• Thorough understanding of professional print production workflows and clean artwork preparation
• Excellent written and spoken German for direct client communication

This is a hybrid position based in Lindau with remote-first flexibility. The role offers deep exposure to strategic brand development and premium client work within a small, high-impact team environment.
