Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential retail marketing agency in Berlin, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support retail campaign planning and execution. In this role, you will:
- Support the team in comprehensive planning and implementation of retail campaigns while taking independent ownership of diverse sub-projects
- Act as a central liaison between clients, design teams, internal production, and external service providers to ensure smooth communication
- Assist in creating project timelines, cost calculations, and client proposals
- Maintain oversight and control of production and logistics processes throughout the entire project lifecycle, including documentation
- Contribute actively to the planning, execution, support, and completion of event projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Communication Sciences
- 1–2 years of initial professional experience in retail marketing, including internships or working student positions
- Enthusiasm for innovative retail campaigns and strong interest in implementing sustainable alternatives
- High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Very good MS Office proficiency, particularly MS Excel
