HR Payroll Spezialist (mIwId)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential trading organization in the Essen area, and our talent team is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join their operations.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle for several hundred employees
• Administer working time and vacation accounts within the time-tracking system
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and maintain electronic personnel files
• Communicate with health insurance providers and authorities, handling registration and certification processes
• Advise employees and managers on payroll and employment law matters

What We're Looking For

• Commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) with several years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR administration
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/Payroll systems such as SAP HCM or P&I Loga
• Strong service orientation, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Solid knowledge of German employment law, tax law, and social insurance regulations
• Interest in digital HR transformation and strong problem-solving skills
