Unser Mandant sucht eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für die Finanzbuchhaltung (Vollzeit), um die derzeitige Buchhalterin zu unterstützen und 2027 zu ersetzen. Das Unternehmen arbeitet europaweit und bietet ein offenes, familiäres Arbeitsklima ohne unnötige Hierarchien.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Vollständige Kontrolle der Buchhaltung
- Rechnungserstellung, Kontrolle und Versand (teil-automatisiert durch das System)
- Führung des Mahnwesens für Debitoren und Kreditoren
- Zahlungsmanagement (Ein- und Ausgang)
- Erfassen von Buchungen in DATEV (teil-automatisiert durch das System)
- Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses für die Steuerkanzlei

- Arbeitserfahrung mit DATEV
