Head of Marketing & Growth (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential coaching and personal development organization based in Berlin. Our client serves thousands of individuals annually through live events, online programs, and digital products. They are seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead their entire marketing function and drive the next phase of expansion.

This is a leadership role for someone who views marketing as the heartbeat of a business—not just a department. You will own strategy, lead teams, manage agency partners, and build a high-performing marketing system that supports ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire marketing function and lead the internal marketing team plus external agencies
• Develop and execute multi-year marketing and growth strategies in close collaboration with senior leadership
• Plan and manage launches, campaigns, and live events across German-speaking markets
• Drive performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, and content initiatives
• Analyze KPIs and translate insights into concrete optimization actions
• Build efficient marketing processes and scalable structures
• Manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable performance outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, event management, and fulfillment teams

What We're Looking For

• Several years of leadership experience in senior marketing roles
• Proven track record building and managing high-performing teams
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, launches, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Self-directed, structured, and solutions-oriented work style
• High travel flexibility—this role requires regular presence at live events, content productions, and team meetings across Germany and occasionally elsewhere in Europe
• Fluency in German is essential for this market
