Responsibilities

• Complete a structured trainee program covering financial consulting fundamentals and industry certifications
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies within Berlin's Arabic-speaking professional networks
• Build long-term advisory relationships with academics, entrepreneurs, and professionals
• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact through ongoing wealth strategy consultation
• Leverage community connections to establish yourself as a trusted financial advisor
• Work with significant independence while utilizing established brand infrastructure and support systems

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency (essential for serving the target client base)
• German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory; language development support is provided
