Our talent team is representing a confidential financial services organization in Berlin that's building something different from traditional banking. This isn't about processing transactions in a branch—it's about building your own consulting practice with institutional backing.

We're seeking a Persian-speaking financial trainee who can serve the thriving Persian-speaking professional community in Berlin. You'll receive comprehensive training while developing an entrepreneurial consulting practice focused on investment and financial planning for academics, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured trainee program combining business development skills with financial services expertise
• Build and manage your own book of business within the Persian-speaking professional community in Berlin
• Provide personalized financial and investment consulting to academics, entrepreneurs, and established professionals
• Develop client acquisition strategies and manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact through service delivery
• Network strategically within academic and business circles to build a high-quality client base
• Work toward recognized industry certifications as part of your professional development path
• Leverage modern technology platforms and established brand recognition while maintaining entrepreneurial flexibility

What We're Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Persian (Farsi/Dari) to effectively serve the community; basic German helpful for internal collaboration but international strength is the priority
• Education: Nearly completed or completed university degree in any field, or commercial/business training
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, empathy, and genuine interest in personal and professional growth
• Approach: Action-oriented personality comfortable with building something from the ground up
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
