Trainee (m/w/d) Spanish Financial Consulting & Entrepreneurship

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Spanish-speaking professional to join their structured trainee program in Berlin. This role focuses on building and serving an international client base within the city's growing expat and professional community.

In this position, you will:

• Complete a comprehensive training program covering financial consulting fundamentals and industry certifications
• Develop business development skills from client acquisition through complex transaction execution
• Build and maintain relationships with academic professionals, expatriates, and entrepreneurs in Berlin
• Leverage your Spanish language skills to serve Spanish-speaking clients and international young professionals
• Learn to manage your own client portfolio with structured mentorship support
• Navigate the complete client advisory process from initial consultation to implementation

What We're Looking For

• Language: Native or fluent Spanish proficiency required to serve the international client base; basic German helpful but not mandatory
• Education: Near-complete or completed university degree (any field) or commercial/business training
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive with a results-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Location: Based in Berlin with flexibility for remote work arrangements
