About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential IT consulting organization in Berlin that is expanding its ServiceNow practice. We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consulting Team Lead (m/w/d) who wants to combine hands-on project delivery with people leadership and strategic growth responsibilities.

This is a unique opportunity to build and develop a team while shaping the strategic direction of a growing ServiceNow consulting practice. You'll work with enterprise clients on digital transformation initiatives while fostering an agile, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions and ITSM modules based on client requirements
• Manage customer projects independently from requirements analysis through conception, implementation, and go-live
• Advise and support clients on digitalization and optimization of their service management processes
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and end users
• Provide technical and organizational leadership for the ServiceNow team, actively supporting team expansion and development
• Promote agile and collaborative working methods within an interdisciplinary environment
• Support portfolio expansion and actively contribute to strategic market positioning and presales activities

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, ideally in the ITSM environment
• Proven experience leading projects and teams
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL knowledge advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills and confident presence with clients and stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Experience with agile working methodologies
• Fluent German and English language skills
