Community & Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential smart pet technology company seeking a Community & Customer Success Manager for their Munich location. Our client has developed an innovative AI-powered product used by thousands of customers across international markets, and they need a skilled professional to manage their online reputation and customer community.

This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with flexible scheduling and hybrid or remote work options. The role offers significant autonomy and direct impact on customer experience and brand perception.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms including Trustpilot, Amazon, Google, and other review sites
• Monitor social media channels, forums, and online communities (Reddit, Facebook, YouTube) for brand mentions and customer feedback
• Provide professional, empathetic responses to customer reviews and inquiries
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Identify recurring feedback themes and recommend improvements to product and service delivery
• Create monthly reports on brand perception and customer satisfaction metrics
• Build and nurture a positive online community around the brand
• Collect and curate customer testimonials, success stories, and user-generated content
• Support creation of FAQ, help documentation, and informational content
• Work cross-functionally with product development, support, and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Good English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Empathy, patience, and diplomatic communication style
• Self-directed work approach with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
• Interest in technology and AI-powered products

Preferred experience in one or more of:

• Customer Success or Customer Support roles
• Community Management
• Online Marketing
• E-commerce operations
• Amazon or Shopify platforms
• Trustpilot or similar review management platforms
