Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead their emergency management operations. In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and advance the framework in alignment with BSI 200-4 standards
- Conduct regular Business Impact Analyses, evaluate findings, and derive actionable measures
- Create, maintain, and coordinate emergency response plans, business continuity plans, and recovery procedures
- Develop preparedness concepts, exercises, and testing protocols, supporting departmental teams with implementation
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to align IT emergency planning and coordinate test scenarios
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in business continuity management, or a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 or BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4 standards
- Ideally, experience in information security or risk management (e.g., ISO 2700X, BAIT, MaRisk)
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
- Optional: Familiarity with banking products and operational processes
- German language proficiency required for this role in Neuss
