About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client in their search for a GTM Operations Specialist based in Germany. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, data systems, and AI automation, supporting the entire go-to-market organization to drive pipeline growth and operational efficiency.

As the GTM Operations Specialist, you'll maintain the systems and workflows that power sales, marketing, customer success, and partner management. You'll own CRM hygiene, build AI-powered automations, and dig into data to answer business-critical questions that dashboards alone can't solve. This is a hands-on role for someone who's genuinely fluent with AI tools and excited to apply them to real RevOps challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data quality, accurate pipelines, and smooth workflows
• Use AI to query data and uncover insights—understanding why metrics shift and which accounts resemble top customers
• Build AI agents and automations for repetitive tasks such as CRM hygiene, lead routing, and reporting using tools like n8n and Claude
• Investigate anomalies by analyzing calls, emails, and tickets when dashboards don't provide clear answers, leveraging AI for faster root-cause analysis
• Manage day-to-day operations of the toolstack, including HubSpot, n8n, lemlist, modjo, sales navigator, and related platforms
• Document all automations clearly—inputs, touchpoints, handoff criteria—so others can maintain them independently
• Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions before they escalate
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, onboarding, support, BI, finance, and product teams on cross-functional initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in RevOps, sales operations, or marketing operations
• Strong HubSpot proficiency, including workflows, custom properties, and funnel/pipeline reporting
• Genuine AI fluency—you use AI tools daily and have built at least one real automation or agent (not just chatbot usage)
• Comfort working with unstructured data (calls, emails, support tickets) to extract insights dashboards can't surface
• Ability to document work clearly enough for others to operate without your direct involvement
• Structured mindset with a bias for action
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining perspective on broader business goals
• Authentic interest in pipeline development and conversion, beyond just data hygiene
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with GTM leadership
• Bonus: Experience with an AI-native growth stack—Clay for enrichment/agents, n8n or Make for workflow automation, Claude or ChatGPT for building agents, and intent tools like Koala or Clearbit
