Growth Marketing Manager for Startup Accelerator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential startup accelerator organization seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their remote team in Brazil. Our client operates globally, supporting entrepreneurial communities and early-stage ventures across multiple continents. This is a full-time, 100% remote position reporting directly to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for public online events with the primary KPI of significantly increasing attendance across all programs
• Develop and execute marketing strategies on limited budgets, testing and iterating to maximize results
• Create guidelines, frameworks, and best practices for regional chapters to implement locally
• Train and collaborate with global chapter leaders, troubleshooting issues and sharing insights across the network
• Coordinate and plan global online events, including sourcing and booking speakers
• Host or produce live webinars with audiences up to 1,000 attendees
• Improve website and email copy to address evolving customer needs
• Maintain organized documentation of processes, customer interactions, and frequently asked questions
• Run content marketing and social media campaigns end-to-end with minimal support resources

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of online marketing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (business-level fluency required)
• Comfort presenting on camera in live settings with large audiences
• Deep knowledge of startup accelerators and the venture capital industry
• Proven ability to execute effective marketing with minimal budgets and resources
• Experience managing content marketing and social media campaigns from concept through completion
• Working knowledge of common event and marketing platforms (Zoom, Airmeet, Squarespace, Slack, Google Suite, Asana, Moz, Notion, Jasper, Canva)
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without micromanagement

Preferred qualifications:

• Public relations experience
• Basic HTML/CSS and design skills
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Mailchimp, and various CRM and marketing platforms
