About the Role

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our Norwalk Domino's operation, from daily store management to strategic growth initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute directly to your store's profitability and community presence. You'll work directly with ownership to execute company standards and local market strategy.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily store operations, including food preparation, delivery coordination, inventory control, and staff scheduling
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of delivery drivers, inside staff, and shift managers
• Ensure strict compliance with Domino's operational standards, food safety regulations, and brand guidelines
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability for the location
• Build positive customer relationships, respond to feedback, and drive retention and loyalty
• Coordinate with corporate support and participate in local marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, store manager, or similar leadership role in food service or retail
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and store operations, including inventory management and food safety
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid financial acumen and proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
