What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor team members on customer service, food preparation, and delivery procedures
• Support scheduling, training, and performance development for store staff
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and ordering to maintain profitability
• Handle cash management and payment processing with accuracy
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and cleaning standards
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Help maintain food safety and health code compliance throughout the store

What You Bring
