Role Overview
As a Delivery Driver for Domino's in Brownsville, you'll transport prepared orders from our store to customers throughout the delivery area. You're the final point of contact with our guests, responsible for ensuring orders arrive hot, fresh, and complete while representing the Domino's brand with professionalism and friendliness. This role combines independent driving responsibility with direct customer interaction, making you a crucial part of our service promise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute efficient delivery routes throughout the Brownsville area, meeting delivery time commitments
- Receive and verify order details before departing the store
- Maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and conduct vehicle safety checks
- Collect payments, process card transactions, and maintain cash handling accuracy
- Provide courteous customer service at each delivery stop, handle special requests, and address concerns professionally
- Report vehicle issues and communicate delays to management promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to protect yourself and others on the road
