Join Domino's as a General Manager at our 7036 FM 1960 Rd E location in Humble, TX. We're seeking an experienced, full-time leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service to our customers and team members.
About This Position
As General Manager, you'll lead our Humble store with accountability for profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage day-to-day activities, coach your team, and maintain Domino's high standards for food quality, service speed, and customer experience. You'll work closely with our franchisee to execute growth strategies and respond to market opportunities in the Humble area.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage store operations including opening, closing, and all daily functions
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for all staff
- Monitor food quality, preparation standards, and product consistency
- Drive sales through promotions, customer engagement, and team accountability
- Control inventory, food costs, and labor expenses to meet profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand-standard regulations
- Build customer loyalty and resolve service concerns
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and workplace safety
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven general management or supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license required
