What This Role Involves

As Assistant Manager at our Anna, Texas location, you'll serve as the backbone of store operations—overseeing shifts, motivating your team, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. You'll report to the Store Manager, handling everything from staff scheduling and training to quality control and cash handling, while maintaining the high standards Domino's customers expect every single day.

What You'll Do

• Manage store operations during assigned shifts, including food preparation, delivery coordination, and customer service quality
• Supervise and train team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to build a strong, reliable crew
• Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and supplies; place orders and maintain stock rotation
• Handle cash reconciliation, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Enforce food safety and health code standards across all store areas
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in the Anna community
• Perform opening and closing duties, securing the store and verifying equipment safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
