The Opportunity
We're seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to help run our bustling Domino's franchise in Cary. You'll manage shift operations, develop team members, and ensure every customer receives the quality experience Domino's is known for. This full-time position gives you real leadership responsibility—managing people, coordinating delivery operations, maintaining food standards, and supporting overall store success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Lead, train, and supervise team members with professionalism and clear communication
- Maintain cash handling procedures and register reconciliation
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health code standards throughout operations
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and in-store staff to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally to protect our reputation
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and control waste
- Support the general manager with hiring, scheduling, and strategic improvements
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of restaurant, food service, or retail management experience
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities for a diverse team
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evening and weekend schedules
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
