We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Domino's location on East Broadway in Altus, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position centered on delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting our team's day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's in Altus, OK, you'll be the voice and face of our pizzeria, managing customer interactions across phone, online platforms, and in-store. You'll process orders, answer questions about our menu and policies, handle payments, and coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, menu items, pricing, and delivery times
• Take and process customer orders accurately, managing special requests and ensuring correct pricing
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision, maintaining accurate payment records
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to track order status and keep customers informed
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage the customer service station
• Support store operations by assisting other team members during peak hours

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience or willingness to learn
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to our Altus location
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
