The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager at the Lakeville Domino's on 56 Main Street, you'll play a key role in driving daily operations at one of our community's busiest pizza shops. You'll support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring every customer experience reflects our commitment to quality. This position offers hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact team success and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality
• Support food preparation and quality control to ensure all orders meet Domino's standards
• Manage customer interactions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Monitor performance metrics and work toward store sales and service goals
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities at the store level

Who We're Looking For

• Prior restaurant or retail management experience, or demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume setting
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to support store needs during peak times and special events
• Basic math skills for managing cash, inventory, and reporting
• Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
