Forward Deployed Product Manager – AI Agent (EMEA)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI platform company seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager - AI Agent for the EMEA region. This is a remote, customer-facing role where you will create, deploy, and optimize AI agents that deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this position, you will:

• Own the complete deployment lifecycle for AI agents—from initial scoping and kickoff through launch and post-implementation optimization
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents using internal tooling and modern technologies to maximize client ROI
• Serve as the AI agent subject matter expert during the EMEA sales cycle, supporting demos, solution design, and technical feasibility assessments
• Lead senior-level customer relationships as the primary point of contact for AI agent implementations
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to align on use cases, workflows, and success criteria
• Partner closely with forward deployed engineers to ensure smooth implementation and continuous platform improvement
• Identify additional automation opportunities that deliver incremental value to clients
• Develop and refine playbooks for agent development and customer deployment
• Establish standards and practices for the EMEA forward deployed team as the founding hire in this region

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, implementations, product management, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-based products
• Proven track record leading complex deployments and owning relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding and systems thinking, with hands-on exposure to building agents (conversational or otherwise, including personal projects)
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working across sales, engineering, and product teams
• Hands-on work style with curiosity and bias for action—you anticipate bottlenecks and deliver with urgency
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and learning quickly in dynamic startup environments
• Passion for AI, automation, and the future of customer experience

Bonus qualifications:

• Background in product management, conversation design, or forward deployed engineering
• Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments
• Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations
