(fluent French & English) Technical Support Consultant (remotely)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a bilingual Technical Support Consultant to join their team remotely from Italy. Our client operates globally, delivering technical and customer support solutions across multiple languages and industries. This is a fully remote position with a fixed schedule and compensation in USD.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate specialized teams when necessary
• Document all customer interactions and cases in CRM systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
• Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed about platform updates

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and French (C1 level or higher, spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in technical support roles
• Experience working in fast-paced support environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical concepts including APIs, operating systems, and SaaS tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers clearly
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. This is a full-time remote position with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule, 9 AM–6 PM GMT+3.
