Senior Digital Campaign Manager (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency in Frankfurt seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of the setup and execution of digital campaigns using leading ad-serving platforms.

• Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple ad servers and platforms
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with planning, consulting, investment management, SEA, social, and programmatic teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
• Technical Coordination: Ensure optimal technical workflows between external media vendors, ad servers, and third-party verification providers
• Creative Coordination: Liaise with creative agencies to produce and deliver planned advertising materials on schedule
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs, optimize for maximum impact, and control pacing to meet delivery targets
• Reporting & Insights: Create comprehensive campaign reports, derive actionable learnings, and develop long-term optimization strategies
• Client Advisory: Provide expert counsel to internal client teams on campaign optimization and develop independent, data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed degree (preferably STEM, Business, or Economics) or comparable qualification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an ad or campaign manager in digital media, with strong familiarity with online KPIs and optimization techniques
• Ad Technology: Hands-on reporting experience with Campaign Manager 360, Adform, or similar ad servers; knowledge of third-party verification providers (Nielsen, DoubleVerify, IAS) for viewability and brand safety
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to assess and troubleshoot technical setups
• Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) combined with strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
• Language: Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Attributes: Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable
