Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential manufacturing organization, is seeking a Financials Consultant to join their team in Romania. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert support for financial processes in SAP FI/CO
- Analyze and resolve incidents to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of financial system changes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Support integration topics across controlling, logistics, and sales modules
- Participate in financial system upgrade and enhancement projects
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training sessions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting or financial system support
- Proven understanding of accounting principles and controlling processes
- Experience with incident resolution, configuration, and financial process analysis
- Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and financial process flows
- Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules
- Familiarity with reporting tools and financial closing processes
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticket management systems
