About This Opportunity

This is a critical role supporting enterprise network operations for clients across multiple continents, requiring 24/7 availability and strong technical expertise in complex networking environments.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 network support for enterprise data centers and remote offices worldwide
- Administer and manage complex networking solutions across multi-vendor environments
- Configure and troubleshoot Enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure
- Implement security measures including access control lists and firewall policies
- Handle network escalations and severity incidents with urgency and professionalism
- Coordinate with ISPs, clients, and onsite technical teams for incident resolution
- Perform IOS/firmware upgrades on network devices as required
- Document network issues with detailed event logs, root cause analysis, and remediation steps
- Facilitate P1/P2 technical calls, de-escalating situations and providing clear client updates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches
- Advanced knowledge of ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, EtherChannel, Switch Stacking, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, and NAT
- Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPN technologies (IPSec, GRE)
- Strong routing and switching expertise across enterprise environments
- Proven experience in enterprise network operations handling escalation and severity cases
- Prior collaboration with global clients from the US, Europe, and APAC regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage client expectations under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- CCNA or CCNP certifications strongly preferred
- Experience with Cisco wireless controllers or Aerohive products is a plus
