Asset Manager / Kaufmännischer Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) für erneuerbare Energien – Commercial & Finance

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy operator seeking an Asset Manager to take ownership of a wind park portfolio. In this role, you will:

• Assume owner responsibility for your assigned wind park portfolio, managing both technical and commercial asset operations
• Monitor and secure performance through operational data analysis, identifying and implementing optimization measures
• Develop cashflow models, conduct budget-versus-actual comparisons, and analyze key performance indicators for strategic planning
• Serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for your portfolio
• With growing experience: independently review, manage, and negotiate contracts (particularly maintenance and service agreements) and make autonomous decisions within your area of responsibility

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or commercial apprenticeship with further academic qualification
• Either entry-level candidates with initial practical experience (internships, working student positions) in finance, energy, or transaction environments, OR professionals with several years of experience in project/asset financing at asset managers, banks, investment funds, private equity firms, renewable energy developers, or transaction advisory
• Structured and independent working style
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take on responsibility
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
