About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global ERP consulting organization with operations across 30+ countries. Our talent team is seeking an Operations Specialist to support their Americas region. This is a fully remote role serving customers and vendors across multiple time zones in the Western Hemisphere.
As Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end sales and purchasing cycle—from proposal creation through billing and vendor invoice validation. You'll coordinate between international teams, support project administration, and ensure smooth operations for multinational clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing and vendor invoice review and validation
- Oversee the complete sales and purchase process including proposal generation and purchase order creation
- Communicate directly with customers and vendors to obtain, manage, and track purchase orders
- Coordinate between global and regional management teams
- Partner with Project Managers to build, update, and monitor project structures and budgets in internal systems
- Provide administrative support to operations, marketing, and human resources departments
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- Proven sales operations experience supporting multi-national customers
- Business administration background
- Experience working within a global organization
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in Business, Economics, or Law strongly preferred
Language Skills:
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) required
- Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency a strong advantage
Schedule:
- Flexibility to work during U.S. business hours required
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Politely assertive communicator in both verbal and written formats
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to maintain high performance under pressure
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated work style
