Escrow Acquisition and Service Release Supervisor

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mortgage servicing organization in a search for an Escrow Acquisition and Service Release Supervisor. This is a remote position based in the United States. We're looking for an experienced mortgage professional who can oversee escrow account management operations and contribute to building scalable servicing transfer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan onboarding and acquisition activities, including validation of prior servicer checklists and monitoring response completion
• Review and validate loan data prior to acquisition, coordinating with internal teams to identify illogical or invalid data
• Communicate data discrepancies with clients and prior servicers, tracking corrections through resolution
• Lead new client implementation activities, coordinating vendor deliverables and testing new programming
• Manage outgoing servicing transfer activities, including data review, corrections, and milestone tracking
• Handle customer research requests and correspondence
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, investor, and state guidelines
• Process and monitor department reporting requirements and workflow to ensure accuracy and timeliness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably in Escrow Administration or Servicing Transfers
• Established leadership skills with ability to drive organizational change and improvement
• Results-oriented track record with demonstrated ability to analyze opportunities, develop action plans, and deliver quantifiable results
• Strong vendor management skills, including developing service delivery standards and ongoing monitoring
• Understanding of business fundamentals and implications of decisions
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining objectivity
• Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with BKFS/LPS/MSP systems preferred
