The Opportunity

You'll step into a visible role where you manage vendor operations while upholding risk and compliance standards that protect the organization. What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day vendor operations including billing reconciliation, performance reporting, and system access provisioning and remediation
  • Coordinate meetings, monitor vendor calls, and facilitate resolution of technology-related challenges with appropriate teams
  • Support the implementation and oversight of risk and compliance initiatives aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as an early-warning system by monitoring business controls and identifying potential risks or control gaps
  • Execute business control self-assessments and support process governance and documentation efforts
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to verify adherence to established frameworks and controls
  • Identify control failures, provide remediation recommendations, and guide corrective action planning and execution
  • Support regulatory inquiries and litigation-related requests with thorough documentation and response protocols
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational workflows across the department
  • Analyze operational data to generate insights that enhance reporting accuracy, vendor performance visibility, and strategic business decisions
  • Engage with cross-functional teams on projects, programs, and ad-hoc initiatives supporting broader company goals
  • Develop and present reports and materials that inform leadership recommendations and decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Three to five years of professional experience in sales support, operations, risk and compliance, or a closely related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate competency in Power BI
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience interpreting and managing contracts and statements of work
  • Working knowledge of risk and compliance management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and documentation initiatives
  • Track record identifying issues and facilitating remediation and resolution efforts
  • Solid foundation in reporting and analytics
  • Excellent communication and cross-stakeholder collaboration capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results on schedule
  • Experience supporting vendor management and operational processes
