Enterprise Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager fluent in French and English for their Paris office. This is a hybrid role focused on driving product adoption and building strategic relationships with enterprise accounts.

As the primary success partner for high-value customers, you will proactively manage onboarding, adoption, and growth across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with sales and technical teams while serving as the customer's internal advocate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and solution engineers to onboard and drive adoption with enterprise customers
• Build and maintain strategic relationships to achieve loyalty and advocacy within customer organizations
• Own and project manage the complete onboarding process for new enterprise clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing clear plans aligned to customer business goals
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate across internal teams including sales, support, product, finance, and legal
• Align customer technical and business objectives to platform capabilities with demonstrated understanding of observability and security solutions
• Travel as needed for customer onsite visits and industry events

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles
• Experience managing wide portfolios rolling up to large enterprise corporate accounts
• Proven track record working with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands across industries
• Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals
• Background in B2B tech or SaaS companies
• Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
• Customer-centric approach and relationship-building expertise
