About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential events and innovation organization based in Paris 9th arrondissement. Our client is preparing a major international AI summit scheduled for December 2026, expected to gather thousands of attendees, hundreds of speakers, and exhibitors at a prestigious Parisian venue.

Our talent team is seeking a Communication Intern focused on event strategy and coordination to support the communications lead during a critical growth phase of this landmark event.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months, full-time
• Start: March 2026
• Location: Paris 9th arrondissement
• Reports to: Event Communications Manager

Responsibilities

Communication & Brand Strategy

• Participate in promotional strategy development for the AI summit
• Ensure messaging consistency across all communication channels
• Support the structuring of the event's overall communication strategy
• Contribute to SEO optimization and referencing for website and social platforms
• Clean and qualify marketing databases

Content Creation

• Design visuals using Canva
• Produce short-form video content (teasers, announcements, social media formats)
• Create communication kits for partners and speakers
• Write LinkedIn posts and editorial content related to the event

Email Marketing & Distribution

• Draft and send targeted marketing emails
• Distribute content across various ecosystems (corporate, institutional, startups, AI sector)

Partnership Support

• Track partner deliverables and commitments
• Help structure communication packages for sponsors

Strategic Contribution

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content formats and communication channels
• Contribute to vendor selection (photo/video)
• Help develop communication timelines
• Support web advertising and LinkedIn Ads campaign planning

What We're Looking For

Education & Background

• Master's student in communication, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and event management

Skills & Qualities

• Sensitivity to brand positioning, messaging, and editorial coherence
• Excellent written French with bilingual English proficiency (written and oral)
• Highly organized and rigorous with project management capabilities
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive with new ideas

Technical Requirements

• Canva proficiency (required)
• Video editing tools experience (appreciated)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot or similar
