Key Account Associate (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food-delivery technology client seeking a Key Account Associate to join their team in Paris. In this role, you will support the management of a portfolio of national brand partners to drive account performance and strengthen partner relationships.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing local contacts including franchisees, directors, and operational coaches to maximize brand portfolio coverage and facilitate onboarding of new restaurant locations
• Identifying and activating growth opportunities through promotional campaign sourcing and increasing partnership visibility
• Implementing corrective actions on operational metrics such as opening hours, order rejections, and wait times
• Building effective relationships that enable information sharing and feedback collection
• Handling direct requests from restaurant partners and providing weekly reporting to account managers
• Coordinating internally across marketing and operations teams working on these brand accounts

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in client or account management
• Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
• Data-driven analytical skills with comfort working with metrics and performance indicators
• Curious and proactive mindset with ability to propose solutions and take initiative
• Autonomous worker who enjoys responsibility and problem-solving
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborative team player
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
