AI Designer— Motion & Génératif (H/F) – CDI – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Paris that specializes in combining creative talent with data intelligence. Our client seeks an AI Designer focused on Motion and Generative content production for a permanent position based in the 9th arrondissement.

This is a production-focused role where you will create visual and video content using generative AI tools, working under the direction of a senior creative technologist. The majority of your work involves executing creative briefs with AI platforms while ensuring quality and consistency of final deliverables.

Responsibilities

AI Production (Core Focus)

• Produce image and video content using generative AI tools according to precise creative briefs
• Handle post-production and integration of AI assets into final deliverables including editing, compositing, and motion work

Motion Design & Creative Execution

• Create video content through motion design using industry-standard tools
• Adapt validated visual concepts across 360 campaign formats including social media, display, digital film, and out-of-home
• Contribute to developing moodboards and key visuals during pre-production phases

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• Graduate degree in Design (graphic design or motion design) or equivalent professional experience in an agency setting
• Portfolio demonstrating concrete AI production work is mandatory; applications without AI deliverables will not be reviewed

Essential Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with AI creation platforms for image and video generation
• Familiarity with various generative AI models and tools
• Previous experience with node-based AI creation interfaces is valued
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role

Important: We are seeking someone whose core expertise is AI production, who leverages motion design skills to elevate final output quality. This is not a motion designer role for someone who is "interested in AI."
