About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading data and AI consultancy with a global presence across 26 countries. Our client is seeking a Partner-level professional to lead their AI Strategy & Transformation practice in Paris. This is a senior strategic role designed for an accomplished consultant who can engage at the C-suite level and drive transformational AI initiatives across enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of strategic data and AI mandates from scoping through execution
• Build and maintain trusted relationships at CEO and executive committee level with enterprise clients
• Drive commercial development of the practice within a high-growth organization: identifying opportunities, structuring offers, and leading responses to tenders
• Supervise and develop consulting teams assigned to engagements, including consultants, data scientists, and data engineers
• Contribute to thought leadership on AI topics through speaking engagements, publications, and events
• Leverage your existing network of technology partners and enterprise decision-makers

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy consulting with focus on data and AI transformation
• Strategic and operational experience in technology sectors (Data, AI, Cloud) is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated network of technology partners and enterprise clients
• Proven ability to build and develop a practice autonomously with strong commercial acumen
• Hunter mentality: you identify business opportunities and seize them
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate at partner level
• Fluency in French and English required given the Paris location and international client base
• Experience engaging at C-suite and board level on strategic initiatives
