EMEA Mid-Senior Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital assets firm seeking a Mid-Senior Product Designer for a full-time B2B contract engagement based in Cyprus. This is a hands-on role working on crypto and digital assets platforms, requiring a designer who can take full ownership from initial requirements through to production-ready designs.

Our client values independence, initiative, and the ability to make informed design decisions without constant direction. You'll work across multiple product areas, switching between contexts while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own product design tasks end-to-end, from understanding requirements and exploring solutions to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Design clear and intuitive user flows for complex digital assets products, including different states, edge cases, and responsive experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to understand requirements, technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation details
• Extend and maintain the existing design system, ensuring consistency across the product and contributing new components and patterns
• Support marketing design tasks and templates, adapting and preparing materials when additional design support is needed
• Continuously review the existing product and identify opportunities for UX and UI improvements
• Explore and propose solutions to usability issues, inconsistencies, and friction points
• Work on iterative improvements to existing features and user journeys
• Conduct lightweight research, competitor analysis, and design exploration when needed
• Help continuously improve the overall quality, consistency, and usability of the product

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Proven experience working with, maintaining, and extending design systems in a real product environment
• Experience designing and prototyping complex digital products with multiple user flows, states, data-heavy interfaces, or transactional experiences
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, switch between different contexts, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality work from start to finish
• Comfortable working remotely with the option to use modern office facilities
