Engagement Manager – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing legal technology company seeking an Engagement Manager to join their Paris team. Our client is transforming how legal professionals work through AI-powered solutions, serving over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries including top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the post-sale customer experience, driving adoption and value realization for a portfolio of mid-market firms and corporate clients. You'll design and execute tailored transformation roadmaps that help legal teams fundamentally change how they operate.

Responsibilities

• Design customized adoption playbooks for each client, including change-management strategies, stakeholder mapping, and target outcomes
• Execute against transformation roadmaps, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their legal workflows and surfacing high-impact opportunities
• Drive sustained value through structured operating rhythms: success plans, enablement sessions, stakeholder check-ins, training programs, and value reviews
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing, support) to accelerate client success while maintaining end-to-end account context
• Partner with commercial teams on key moments to ensure seamless handoffs and identify expansion opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product, engineering, and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or related fields, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or legal technology
• Consulting or transformation background with demonstrated success designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations
• Proven experience building client-level transformation roadmaps and steering them to measurable outcomes
• Track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated industries, or ability to learn complex domains exceptionally fast
• Strong program and project management skills with ability to keep multi-workstream initiatives moving forward
• Excellent communication skills across all formats—written, verbal, and interpersonal—comfortable in boardroom conversations and hands-on execution
• High emotional intelligence with strong judgment about when to listen, advise, or act
• Passion for fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook
• Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and outcomes over process
