About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential legal technology client that is transforming how legal professionals work. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Paris office and drive growth across the French market.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll manage the complete sales cycle with enterprise clients, including major law firms and corporate legal departments. You'll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where ownership and results matter more than hierarchy.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close with enterprise legal clients
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at leading law firms and corporate legal departments
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase platform capabilities and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Contribute to the development and documentation of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to support team scaling
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or enterprise software to legal, professional services, or corporate clients
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (English is the company language; French is essential for local client engagement)
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise deal structures
- Founder-like mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Resilience and adaptability when facing challenges or setbacks
- Genuine curiosity and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
- Passion for international business development and innovative technology solutions
- Background in top-tier consultancy, law firms, or leading tech companies is a plus
