Business Development Representative (BDR) – FR

Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing dental technology company that is building its French market presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join as the second Business Development Representative hire in France and play a foundational role in establishing sales operations in Paris.

Our client is backed by leading venture capital and is transforming a massive industry through modern technology solutions for dental practices. You'll work closely with local and global leadership to shape prospecting strategies, messaging, and outreach as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for dental practice prospects across France
• Generate qualified pipeline through both inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting
• Execute multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and creative tactics to engage new practices
• Present the value proposition, address objections, and advance prospects through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and continuously refine your processes
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and conversion
• Contribute strategic input to build the French BDR function—your feedback will directly influence tools, processes, and approach

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience with cold calling; SMB selling is a strong advantage
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with the ability to ramp quickly
• Commitment to continuous learning and participation in rigorous sales training
• Familiarity with standard sales tools (Salesforce, etc.) and eagerness to explore new technologies
• Track record of professional and academic success
• Fluency in French required for this role
