Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B media organization in London, and we're seeking an Email Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and CRM optimization to maximize revenue opportunities
• Write compelling copy and collaborate with design resources to create engaging email campaigns that drive event attendance and registrations
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights
• Acquire and activate leads through targeted email outreach
• Coordinate with content and sales teams to ensure precise audience targeting
• Drive ticket sales and event registrations by managing the marketing inbox and responding to inquiries

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with exceptional drive and analytical capabilities. The ideal professional will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (required)
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach with high sense of urgency
• Passion for marketing and willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Note: This is an in-office position in London (Victoria Station area), Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available.
