About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail media organization seeking ambitious sales interns for their London office. Our client connects senior industry leaders through events and digital platforms, operating at the intersection of media, conferences, and professional networking.

This internship offers genuine responsibility from day one. You'll work alongside driven entrepreneurs building and scaling ventures in the B2B events space. Exceptional performers may be considered for permanent associate positions following the internship.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior executives and industry leaders to drive attendance and engagement
• Contribute to commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives
• Execute marketing campaigns to expand audiences of professionals and decision-makers
• Support talent acquisition efforts as the team scales
• Analyze business metrics to enable data-driven decision making
• Take ownership of high-impact projects that accelerate your professional development

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• UK work authorization or ability to obtain visa by start date
• Demonstrated excellence through strong academic performance OR significant involvement in extracurricular activities and societies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for responsibility and growth
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical capabilities
