About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential media and events organization seeking an exceptional candidate for their CEO-In-Training program based in London. This is a unique accelerated leadership development opportunity for ambitious professionals who want to fast-track their path to executive leadership.
From day one, you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our client's portfolio businesses. You'll tackle challenging problems, make high-stakes decisions, build processes, and be accountable for measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
This intensive program typically runs for approximately two years and is designed to prepare you to become "CEO ready" through hands-on experience in scaling and running a business. Upon successful completion, you'll be placed in a senior leadership role with the opportunity to step into a CEO position with significant equity.
