Email Campaign Specialist at United Media

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B media and events organization seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement across multiple industry verticals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and CRM optimization to maximize revenue opportunities
• Copywriting and designing email campaigns in collaboration with graphic design support to promote webinars, conferences, and events
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads through targeted email outreach
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the appropriate target audiences
• Managing the marketing inbox to drive ticket sales and event registrations
• Analyzing campaign performance and continuously improving strategies based on data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to campaign management. The ideal Email Campaign Specialist will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Valid UK work authorization
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience or strong interest in email marketing, CRM systems, and database segmentation
• A hands-on work ethic with high sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of projects
• Ability to work full-time from the London office (Victoria Station area) Monday through Friday—this is an in-office position with no remote work option
