Recruiter Coordinator at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to join their London team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function and work closely with senior leadership on talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive candidates through strategic outreach
• Developing and automating recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Enhancing the onboarding process in collaboration with management
• Implementing data-driven approaches to talent acquisition and tracking key recruitment metrics

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization
• Genuine curiosity and deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Enthusiasm for engaging with candidates ranging from entry-level to executive positions
• Natural ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
• Proactive approach with high sense of urgency and follow-through on commitments
• Relentless drive to excel and continuously improve
• Humility and collaborative mindset

While prior HR or recruiting experience is beneficial, our client values innate people skills and willingness to learn above specific background. This is an onsite position Monday to Friday in central London.
