Recruiter consultant at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization in their search for a Recruiter Consultant based in London. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and candidate meetings with senior leadership
• Identify and engage potential candidates through targeted outreach
• Manage the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening
• Take ownership of recruitment software (Greenhouse), including updating job postings, refining job descriptions to attract talent, and ensuring platform integrations
• Report to senior recruitment leadership and executive team
• Support the overall talent acquisition strategy for a fast-growing organization

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate who demonstrates:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (essential)
• Natural interpersonal skills and the ability to make candidates feel comfortable
• Strong ownership mentality, proactive approach, and follow-through on commitments
• Genuine interest in people, with a desire to learn and develop professionally
• No prior recruitment experience required—full training will be provided

This is a 12-month consultant position based onsite in London (Buckingham Gate area), Monday to Friday. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role in recruitment or other departments based on performance. Start date is flexible.
