Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Recruiter to join their London team. In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
• Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract both active and passive talent across various experience levels
• Drive the execution and automation of recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Enhance the onboarding process in partnership with senior management
• Engage with candidates ranging from entry-level professionals to senior executives on a daily basis

• Holder of a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship

• Comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels, from students to C-suite executives
• Naturally able to make people feel at ease and build rapport quickly
• Humble, eager to learn, and committed to continuous self-development

This is an onsite position based at their London offices, Monday to Friday. No prior recruiting experience is required—our client values the right attitude and aptitude over specific background.
