Drupal Full Stack Developer Lead

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital agency in their search for a Drupal Full Stack Developer Lead. This is a remote position open to candidates in CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NY, OH, RI, SC, TN, and VA. You'll drive implementation of dynamic, data-driven sites and applications with engaging front-end experiences across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Drupal 9 and 10 websites, web applications, and upgrades
• Create and customize Drupal themes using TWIG, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build custom modules and ensure adherence to Drupal best practices for architecture, development, and security
• Integrate with external systems, web services, and third-party APIs
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable PHP code
• Optimize websites for performance, including caching and server configurations
• Ingest data from external sources and preprocess to manipulate data as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Drupal application development
• 5+ years working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sass, and front-end frameworks integrated with Drupal
• Strong experience with PHP, Twig, and MySQL
• Hands-on experience with layout-driven site builds using Panels, Layout Manager, or similar tools
• Experience creating reusable components with paragraphs
• Proficiency with Composer, Drush, Git, and NPM
• Knowledge of data ingestion with Feeds and preprocessing techniques
• Understanding of BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) methodology
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for software development
